Antiquity Apothecary is dedicated to making their products and services the best they can be for our customers, but we’re not perfect and sometimes things don’t go according to plan. You understand our services and products are provided “as is” and without any kind of warranty (expressed or implied).
We do not guarantee that products and services will be free of harmful materials or that the products or services will meet your expectations. You use the products and services solely at your own risk.
Liability Limits:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Antiquity Apothecary, nor our employees or directors shall be liable to you for any damages arising out of or in connection with the products or services or these Terms. In no event shall Antiquity Apothecary aggregate liability for any damages exceed the greater of one-hundred US dollars.
Shipping:
Many of our items are in stock and available to ship within a few days. Some of our items however are made-to-order or stock needs to be replenished. Under those circumstances orders may require processing times upwards of 3 weeks depending on the needs of the customer. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about your order.
Account Retention:
We retain your account so long as you login within a two year period. All accounts who do not meet this requirement are removed. You may manually delete your account at any time. If you’d like to delete all your user data, you may make an account erasure requests by contacting me.
