Description
Made from a 16th century recipe, this burgundy red ink writes beautifully and historically has been used to draw the eye to certain points within the text. Typically special names or significant points (similar to bullet points) were marked in vermillion red. This ink has been consecrated by an ordained gnostic priest.
Sappanwood ink is safe for modern parchment as well as historical parchment.
